Our products are available for purchase at our physical store and official website. We currently accept Major Credit Cards, Paypal. Sales tax will be added in Florida.

Shipping​

We currently ship in the USA and Canada only. Buyers are responsible for any tax/vat that occurred in the purchase and shipment to your state.

Domestic Shipping in US 

  • Rate is calculated by shipping weight.
  • Local pick-up is available.

We mostly ship via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Most orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays. Each order can only be shipped to one address. If shipping to more than one address, a separate order must be placed for each shipping destination.

Large orders or favors will be shipped in 4-6 weeks after the order is placed.

Note: Express Mail service will not be available for orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Due to a plethora of reasons, including the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on any products. If there's an issue with the products you purchased, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the products, we'd like to work with you for a satisfactory solution.

Starting from April 11th, 2023, a restocking/cancellation fee (3.5% of the total amount paid) will occur and deducted from the total amount of product price paid when a refund is issued. Please understand that we can not refund any shipping paid.

Workshop Safety Rules: Must Follow for protecting everybody in the class. We reserve the right to dismiss anybody who breaks the rules

  • If you're sick, stay home, please notify us to transfer you to the next workshop.
  • Anybody who is not vaccinated for Covid-19 is REQUIRED to wear a FACE MASK while attending this workshop. Please bring your own mask, or purchase 1 with the workshop. (Due to the shortage and rising cost, we NO LONGER provide face masks for free. Thank you for your understanding) Please do re-consider signing up if you cannot wear face mask for any reason.
  • Wear an Apron, pair of gloves and eye wear (a pair of glasses or safety goggles) while making the soaps. We will provide these or you can bring your own.
  • Wash your hands with soap thoroughly before and after the workshop.
  • No weapons, drugs, alcohol allowed in store and workshop.

Registration and Cancellation Policy (Must Read):

  • In order to receive a refund, cancellation notice must send at least 1 week (varies by classes) before the class.
  • Starting from April 11th, 2023, a cancellation fee (3.5% of the total amount paid) will occur and deducted from the total amount paid when a refund is issued.
  • Cancellation within a week will not receive the refund but a store credit for attending the future workshop in 6 months.
  • Cancellation in 24 hours before the workshop or no-show will not receive any refund or credit. 
  • No refund or credit will be issued if you get dismissed by breaking our classroom safety rules.
  • If unfortunately we are not able to open this workshop, you can choose to transfer to another date or receive a full refund.

Accident Waiver and Release of Liability: I assume all of the risks for myself (for parents: I give consent for my child or children under 18 years of age) to participate in this activity or event, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous products, materials, or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. 

 Registration for this class indicates your agreement with the above Policies and Release of Liability.
