Ingredients:

Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Citrus Acid, Arrow Root, Sweet Almond Oil, Menthol Crystal, Polysorbate 80, Peppermint Powder, Peppermint E.O. 

How to Use:

Open the whole piece of shower steamer, break it in half or into smaller pieces if prefer. Place it on the floor (or hold it with a small plate or soap dish) near the back of the shower. It will bubble and the scent of the essential oils will fill the air as the steamer bubbles and breaks apart.
